The Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) has completed its environmental impact assessment for the Australia-Asia Powerlink Project proposed by AAPowerlink Australia Assets Pty Ltd.

The NT EPA invites comment on the supplementary environmental report for the Phase 2 Expansion of the Arnhem Space Centre proposed by Equatorial Launch Australia Pty Ltd. The submission period closes on 20 August 2024.

The NT EPA has published guidance for its Environmental factor: Atmospheric processes. This guidance has been developed to outline when and how the NT EPA’s Environmental factor: Atmospheric processes, will be considered in an environmental impact assessment process under the Environment Protection Act 2019.
